How to add credits, purchase agents, and manage your subscription

Wallet & Payments

All payments in Agented go through your wallet balance.

Adding Credits

  1. Go to your Account Dashboard
  2. Click Wallet in the menu
  3. Enter the amount you want to add
  4. Click Pay — you'll be redirected to the payment gateway
  5. After payment, your wallet balance is updated

Purchasing an Agent

When you create a new agent:

  • If you have enough balance, the amount is deducted from your wallet
  • If you don't have enough balance, you'll be redirected to the payment gateway for the difference

Subscription & Renewal

Each agent subscription lasts 30 days. To renew:

  1. Go to Account Dashboard → Agents
  2. Click on the agent you want to renew
  3. Click Renew Subscription

If your subscription expires, the agent becomes inactive — but all your conversations and memories are preserved. You can renew anytime to reactivate it.

Payment History

All transactions are visible in the Payments section of your dashboard.

  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe (secure, PCI-compliant)
  • Your card details are never stored on our servers
  • All connections are encrypted with SSL
