Memory & Privacy
How your agent's memory works and how your data is protected
Memory & Privacy
Your agent gets smarter over time by remembering key facts from your conversations. Here's how it works and how your data is protected.
How Memory Works
After each conversation, your agent automatically extracts important personal facts and stores them. For example:
- "User has a dog named Max"
- "User prefers concise answers"
- "User works in software engineering"
- "User is learning Spanish"
The next time you chat, your agent retrieves relevant memories and uses them to give more personalized responses.
What Gets Remembered
Your agent stores facts, not opinions or temporary states:
- Personal details (name, job, hobbies, preferences)
- Important context (goals, projects, relationships)
- Communication preferences (language, tone, detail level)
It does not store:
- Temporary moods or emotions
- Exact message transcripts (only extracted facts)
- Sensitive data like passwords or financial details
Memory Per Channel
- Private Telegram chat: One conversation thread, one set of memories
- Each Telegram group: Separate conversation and memories per group
- Web chat: Shares memories with the private Telegram chat
Your Privacy
- Your data is yours — No one else can see your agent's memories or conversations
- Agent isolation — Each agent's memory is completely separate, even if you have multiple agents
- User isolation — One user's data is never leaked to another user
- Encrypted connections — All data in transit is encrypted with SSL/TLS
- No selling data — Your conversations are never shared with third parties for advertising or training
Deleting Your Data
- You can delete individual agents, which removes all their conversations and memories
- You can delete your entire account, which permanently removes all data
- Deletion is irreversible — once deleted, data cannot be recovered
AI Processing
Your messages are processed by OpenAI (ChatGPT) to generate responses. OpenAI's API usage policy applies — they do not use API data for training their models.
